returns and refunds

all purchases are considered final. as a small, independent project, we’re unable to accommodate returns or offer refunds at this time. each item is produced in limited quantities with care and intention, often made to order. we encourage you to read through all product descriptions, view sample images, and reach out with any questions before making a purchase.

as soon as you place your order, it will take 2-3 days to process. once your order ships, we’ll email you tracking information. you can also contact us through the about page with your order number, and we can help.
we want you to be satisfied with your product! send your order number along with photos of the product and original packaging as soon as possible, and we will send you a replacement if available!
all prices are set at the lowest possible rate — as a small, made-to-order project, we simply want to share photographs. shipping is flat rate and reflects exactly what we pay.

releases are currently leisurely, but as the community grows, we hope to take on more projects.
right now, we average one to two releases per season. over time, we plan to develop longer magazines with more variety.
each release has a unique title and appeal for consumers, but they all share the core themes of unique stories, photography, and the collaborative work of the community.

we welcome anyone willing to share their photos and stories.

you can contribute to the project through magazines, instagram posts, the projects page, or youtube.
all credit will be given and shared — the goal is to build something thoughtful together.
